TernPro partners with organizations to help them capture amazing video footage from their participants, and then TernPro professionally edits the footage into videos for the organization. We create videos for organizations through the point of view of the people using their service. If your business is based around an experience or activity, we want to help you show your potential customer how awesome that experience will be. We are in the business of showing stories.

Can I create my own custom TernPro Video Package?

When do the cameras arrive and when do I need to return them?
The camera package will arrive two days before your reservation and should be sent back as soon as you finish capturing footage.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship in the US. You are free to take the camera packages internationally once you receive them from a US address, but you must also send the cameras back from a US address.
Do I have the rights to the videos?
Yes, we give complete rights to all videos to our clients. This means you can do whatever you like with the raw footage and edited video. TernPro can only use your footage for marketing purposes with your permission.
How much footage can each camera hold and how long does the battery last?
Each camera uses a 32GB SD Card that holds up to 4.5 hours of footage. The battery will last around 2.5 hours, but can be recharged through a USB cord included in the camera package.
Are shipping and taxes included in the price?
Yes, our prices include all shipping and taxes.
Can I download the videos and edit them myself?
Yes, you can download all the raw footage and have the complete rights to it. A professionally edited video is included in the TernPro video bundles.
What happens if I lose or break the camera or camera gear?
By signing our terms and conditions you agree to pay for replacements. We cover the cost of general wear and tear.
How long is the rental period for the camera package?
We can be flexible to your needs, but the rental period is typically 1-2 weeks long.
